First Annual Fitness Retreat

RRG Fitness can be fun and exciting! Add a little adventure by joining me in a Fitness Retreat in the Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky. We’ll explore breathtaking scenery, climb one of the many sandstone cliffs, and discover new ways to make fitness fun.  Imagine staying in a cabin tucked away amongst one of the many hillsides enjoying the peace and solitude this gem location provides. Come explore, relax, get back to nature and expand your fitness arsenal with me, your personal fitness expert and professional rock climber.

Sorry, no one under the age 18 may participate.

This relaxing retreat will include ½ a day of fitness exploration, which includes a time management discussion with the objective to understand how to stay fit, further your current fitness, etc while managing today’s busy lifestyle.

Leave this retreat with a 3 month nutrition and fitness plan.
