can be fun and exciting! Add a little adventure by joining me in a
Fitness Retreat in the Daniel Boone National Forest in Kentucky. We’ll
explore breathtaking scenery, climb one of the many sandstone cliffs,
and discover new ways to make fitness fun.
Imagine staying in a cabin
tucked away amongst one of the many hillsides enjoying the peace and
solitude this gem location provides. Come explore, relax, get back to
nature and expand your fitness arsenal with me, your personal fitness
expert and professional rock climber. |
Sorry, no one under the age 18 may participate.
This relaxing retreat will include ½ a day of fitness
exploration, which includes a time management discussion with the
objective to understand how to stay fit, further your current fitness,
etc while managing today’s busy lifestyle.
Included in the price is the following

transportation to and from the Lexington
airport

Transportation to all planned outings

Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner for
each planned day, except where indicated)

of the trip.
A 50% non-refundable down payment is required to
make a reservation.

Pick up at Lexington airport 9am
Drive to cabin
Explore the area
Jumpstart the fitness discussion
Day 2
Hiking with the option to climb
Fitness and Time Management discussion
Day 3
1/2 day final exploration, Via Ferrata
Pack and return to airport (arrive by 5pm)
What to Bring...
For any Climbing and Via Ferrata Adventure, all gear is provided. One
may bring their own equipment as long as it is approved climbing
equipment. This however does not provide a discount.
CLOTHING that is comfortable to climb in. Long pants are recommended.
Shorts can be worn, however it is easy to scratch knees. Dress in
layers, temperatures can fluctuate throughout the day and you may become
warm while hiking or climbing. Also, bring a rain jacket as a precaution
against rain.
CLOSED-TOED SHOES. Tennis shoes or hiking boots work best. No
flip-flops.
WATER HOLDER. Water should be taken with you on any hike or climb. Water
bladders work best, such as a camelpack.
